Raincheck Policy

 
The following is our 2017 raincheck policy at Brightwood Golf & CC.
“Rainout” is defined as course conditions that is unplayable, as determined by our Course Superintendent or General Manager.  Should this occur while you are on the golf course, then the following policy is in place to properly compensate you, our guests.

Should the course be closed due to a rainout, thunder and lightning, then the following policy will also be implemented.
  • If you play between 1-5 holes, you will be compensated for a full 18 hole raincheck.
  • If you play between 6-13 holes, you will be compensated for a 9 hole raincheck.
  • If you play past the 14th tee shot, then NO raincheck will be provided.
